Sabres-Rangers postponed


The NHL announced Thursday that the Buffalo Sabres home game against the New York Rangers originally scheduled for Friday, November 20, has been postponed.  A makeup date will be announced as soon as it can be confirmed.

The Sabres have recalled goaltender Nathan Lieuwen from the Rochester. The team has also placed defenseman Josh Gorges on Injured Reserve.

With a State of Emergency in Erie County and driving bans all over Western New York, we’ll have to see if the Sabres game against the Sharks is postponed. Everything is clear downtown, but some parts of Western New York have seen almost 50 inches of snow.
