January 4, 2017
Ronnie James Dio passed away in 2010, but his music and likeness live on. After a hologram of the late metal singer joined triubte band Dio Disciples on stage at the 2016 Wacken Open Air Festival, there are now plans underway to take the Dio hologram on tour.

Jeff Pezzuti, CEO of Eyellusion, the company that created the hologram, recently mentioned the tour to Talking Metal promising, "an over-the-top, mind-blowing experience. We are going to bring album covers to life. We are going to bring things that are known to Ronnie to life onstage. For the tour, he's going to have different looks."
