As U2 continues on their 'Songs of Experience & Innocence' world trek, the heritage rockers will take a break from arenas and stadiums to play an intimate, 'invitation only' show at New York's legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem. On June 11th, U2 will present songs from the newest work, 'Songs of Experience' alongside some of their classics from over the band's incredible 40+ year career. The concert is being staged (and broadcast after the fact) by Satellite broadcaster, SiriusXM, who in the past have also brought Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Metallica, & Guns N' Roses to the Apollo's fabled stage. Tickets for the unique concert event will be available only to Sirius XM subscribers, who will be contacted via email. After the Apollo gig, U2 will resume the final 6 weeks of the 'Experience & Innocence' Tour. Rock On, U2
