It Ain't Necessarily 'The End' For BLACK SABBATH...

Guitarist TONY IOMMI hints at more music....maybe. Sometime...

February 7, 2017

In a scenario that's often repeated with numerous bands & performers, a 'Farewell,' or 'Final,' or 'Goodbye' Tour isn't necessarily gonna be a farewell, or a goodbye, or a final tour...among others, The SCORPIONS, The EAGLES, & GUNS N' ROSES have all returned (successfully, I might add) for more, and it looks as tho that may also be the case for BLACK SABBATH! After more than a year traveling the world on their self-proclaimed "The End" Tour, The Sabs wrapped it up on February 4th in front of a hometown crowd in Birmingham, England. With the fan's ears no doubt still ringing from the show, Sab's Guitar God, TONY IOMMI has wasted no time in proclaiming that he expects that there is still more to come from the Heritage Heavy-Metal-ers. Now, this is not news to fans who have been following Black Sabbath, because Mr. Iommi has hinted at this before. The guitarist does have plans for other musical projects in mind, but he has definitely ruled out any more touring: “It’s time to stop roaming the world and be at home for a bit." In terms of any 'future music' from BLACK SABBATH, IOMMI sez, "I don’t think we’ve ruled anything out, apart from me not wanting to tour any more,” he said. “Who knows? We may do something. We haven’t spoken about it. We haven’t talked about anything, really – but I’m sure something can happen somewhere.” Rock On!
