Reactions to the Gronkowski hit on White

December 4, 2017

During Sunday's loss to the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills cornerback Tre'Davious White suffered a head injury after a late hit to his head by Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski.

Plenty of penalties were called on this play, as explained by former vice president of NFL officiating, Dean Blandino.

"In my opinion, that was a play where Gronkowski should have been ejected from the game... Maybe even a suspension going forward."@DeanBlandino breaks down Gronk's hit from today's game.

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was also critical of the hit when addressed by Bills head coach Sean McDermott during the post game hand shake (NSFW).

Gronkowski apologized for the hit, but also expressed frustration about the events leading up to the hit as well.
