Decimated by injury at the wide receiver position, the Buffalo Bills have brought back a familiar face into the fold.

On Tuesday, the Bills officially announced the signing of wide receiver, Percy Harvin. Harvin is coming out of retirement to play for the Bills, but the terms of his deal were not disclosed.

It was originally reported by his agent, Greg Barnett, that Harvin would be coming back to the team.

Last season with Buffalo, Harvin was leading all wide receivers through the first four games with 19 receptions for 218 yards. He also had one touchdown. After Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans, injuries to his knee and hip forced Harvin to shut his season down.

In 73 career games played with four different teams, Harvin has 351 receptions for 4,020 yards and 22 touchdowns.

To make room for Harvin, the Bills have placed safety Aaron Williams (neck) on injured reserve.
