Eric Wood: "Up front we didn't play our best"

The Bills fell to the New York Jets on Thursday night football, Eric Wood was apart of an offensive line that was dominated for much of the night. It was a one-eighty from Week 1 against the Jets, when the Bills controlled the line of scrimmage. Now the Bills sit at 5-3, still in a playoff position.

Wood joined Schopp and the Bulldog for his regular Buffalo Football Monday apperance, here's some of the best from his visit.

On the poor play of the o-line vs. the Jets:
"Up front we didn't play our best, we tried to spread them out, we didn't get the ground game going. Anytime you have a lot of negative plays, it's a lot harder in pass protection."

On the loss and moving on:
"We missed an opportunity, we're very upset, but we can't let that hurt our direction, we're still 5-3. The Jets beat us at our own game, they ran the ball well, we turned the ball over... this is how we beat people"

On the addition of Kelvin Benjamin:
"Benjamin's a big dude, first thing that jumps out is his size. We have guys who played with him say you'll love playing with him on Sundays."

On the upcoming matchup with the Saints:
"New Orleans comes in very hot, defense has been playing incredible ball... we're looking forward to getting back to New Era Field."
