Bills re-sign LB Humber
Press release from Buffalo Bills
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. – The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team has agreed to terms with LB Ramon Humber. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Humber, a 5-11, 232-pound North Dakota State product, re-joins the Bills after spending the 2016 season with the team and tying for the team lead with 12 special teams tackles. Humber originally entered the NFL in 2009 as an undrafted free agent with the Indianapolis Colts.
An eight-year NFL veteran, Humber has played in 108 career games while accumulating 146 tackles, 3.5 sacks, four passes defensed, eight quarterback hits, nine tackles for loss and one forced fumble. Humber has also been a force on special teams as he has racked up 60 solo special team tackles over his career. He is a native of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Since he played for vet minimum last year the only way he could re-sign before UFA begins is to sign same deal again. So it must be that. https://t.co/CH8MUOJCch— Sal Capaccio -- (@SalSports) February 16, 2017
