The Bills win their fourth game in-a-row on Sunday beating the San Francisco 49ers at New Era Field 45-16. From start to finish, the Bills put together a game plan that dominated an inferior football team in all three phases.

Here's how it played out:

The 49ers would start the game on offense with a few promising plays to get into Bills territory. From there, the Bills defense would stiffen up and force the 49ers to punt on their first possession of the game. As for the Bills first offensive possession, it would end with a fumbled exchange on a handoff between Tyrod Taylor and LeSean McCoy after a 49ers interior defensive lineman blew through the line at the snap of the ball.

The Bills top ranked red zone defense would keep the 49ers out of the end zone on the drive following the turnover. The 49ers however would convert, getting on the board with a 33-yard Phil Dawson field goal. The Bills offense would respond with a long 11-play, 75-yard yard drive that was capped off with a 4-yard LeSean McCoy touchdown scamper to put them ahead 7-3.

The 49ers would get the ball back but would go the length of the field on only 4-plays as Colin Kaepernick would find the end zone for the first time this season when finding a wide open Torrey Smith for a 53-yard touchdown connection. At that point, the 49ers went back up on the scorerboard 10-3 but again that lead wouldn't last long.

On the Bills very next drive, they'd cap it off the same way they did on the previous offensive possession; with a LeSean McCoy touchdown, this time from 12-yards out. A pair of field goals by each team to end the half would bring the halftime score to 17-13.

A difficult start to the second half for both offenses but it would be the Bills offense that got the second half scoring started when Tyrod Taylor found Justin Hunter for the second time in two weeks with a beautifully thrown 30-yard touchdown connection to bring the score to 24-13.

The 49ers would respond with a nice 8-play drive of their own that finished with a 47-yard field goal from Phil Dawson to make it a one score game. That's when LeSean McCoy stepped on the throat of a reeling 49ers defense and scampered 18-yards for his third rushing touchdown of the game and brought the game score to 31-16.

On the ensuing kickoff, Nickell Robey-Coleman, followed up his 2-interception and AFC Defensive Player of the Week nomination with a forced fumble that was recovered by Jonathan Meeks to put the Bills in prime territory to score once more. Tyrod Taylor would take a shot down the right sideline to LeSean McCoy but was unsuccessful. On the play however, 49ers defensive back Eric Reid would get called for defensive pass interference setting the Bills offense up with a first-and-goal situtation.

On the very next play, Tyrod Taylor would find the end zone through the air once again finding Robert Woods for a 5-yard touchdown driving the score to 38-16. That score wouldn't end things however because the Bills would once again stop the 49ers offense, get the ball back and find the end zone again. This time however, the starters were on the sidelines when Mike Gillislee scampered 44-yards for a score.

That would be the final score of the game, with the Bills celebrating their fourth straight win beating the 49ers 45-16 at New Era Field.
