The Buffalo Bills are looking to get above .500 today with a win against the 3-9 Indianapolis Colts. It'll be the second time this season that rookie Nathan Peterman starts at quarterback. Tyrod Taylor didn't dress today with a patella tendon contusion in his knee. Joe Webb will serve as the backup quarterback.

On the Bills first drive, we saw a little Joe Webb, a little Nathan Peterman, and a lot of LeSean McCoy. However, the weather was clearly making it tough to throw the football, stalling the drive at around mid field, after Sean McDermott went for it on 4th down. On the other side, the Colts were able to get some movement on their drive, but Adam Vinateri badly missed a 33 yard field goal.

The rest of the half was essentailly the same. Both teams wouldn't even attempt to throw the football. Jacoby Brissett's first pass attempt came with only a few minutes left in the 1st half. Peterman finished the half 1 for 5, for 9 yards. Meanwhile, both LeSean McCoy, Frank Gore, and Marlon Mack found success in the run game.

McCoy had the biggest play of the half, hurdling a defender, and taking it for 22 yards. He followed it up with another big run on the next play for 25 yards, and then Nathan Peterman threw a 23 yard back shoulder throw to Kelvin Benjamin to set the Bills up inside the 10 with just 30 seconds to go in the half.
