You know I love the Mighty Led Zeppelin, and if you do, you'll want to check out the new book, "LZ-75," by author Stephen Davis...he's the same guy who wrote "Hammer of the Gods,' which remains the definitive Zep book out there.
The members of Led Zep never got along with or liked the press back in the day, and they pretty much isolated themselves from any interaction with the media. However, for their 1975 Tour of the U.S., they did invite a very small, select group of music journalists to come along and witness the phenomenon of a Zeppelin tour. Mr. Davis was included in that group, and while witnessing first hand (and participating in!) the debauchery and excess, he kept track of his activities & observations in a couple of notebooks which ended up going "missing" for 30 years...until now. It's a very cool, "inside" look at an amazing band during an amazing time in their career...I couldn't put it down!
