On Saturday, the team announced they've hired Pat Morris to be the Bills' new offensive line coach. Morris has a vast amount of experience coaching that positional group in the NFL, having served for various teams from 1999 through 2011.
Morris has had stops in San Francisco (1999-2003), Detroit (2004-2005), Minnesota (2006-2010) and Tampa Bay (2011). He was out of coaching during the 2012 season.
He inherits an offensive line that ranked 8th in run blocking and 10th in pass blocking according to FootballOutsiders.com. Morris takes over for Joe D'Alessandris, who held that post for three seasons.
